At 0:18 into video, biker looks back directly at truck grill about to hit him…at 0:19 the biker almost - but not quite - slides under guardrail…
translated: If you look at the contact frame by frame, the helmet was somehow under the guardrail because the force was applied to the side because it was stopped. My life is fine, but I received considerable damage to my right half of my body and my left leg. I just pray that I'm still alive.
