HIGHLAND PARK, California - Police say a 52-year-old woman was killed and three others injured when a driver lost control and plowed through a wall at Troy’s restaurant in Highland Park, California.

Martha Pena, 52, was killed.

The driver has not yet been identified. However, video shows officers giving him a field sobriety test. Investigators said he passed the DUI test and so far has not been charged.

He is 19 years old and allegedly told police he doesn't remember what happened

The girl and the older guy get tossed and you can see them above the car after it is through the wall. They are the two people everyone is looking at and crouching down to later in the video.
You can see the dude in the brown coat doesn't even get touched by the car.
