I guess the kids were too young to figure out what just happened to them as they try to run afterwards and one collapse to his end. Stupid parents.
The one who's really stupid is the driver. How the hell could he not have known?? He probably did know but just didn't care. The parents were probably working, and the poor kids must have been in a panic/survival mode. What an asshole (driver).
