If you outlaw weak twig and dead tree limbs, only outlaws will have weak twigs and dead tree limbs. If I am a responsible weak twig and dead tree limb owner, why should my rights be stripped from me? I've done nothing wrong. The real problem is there isn't enough legal permits issued for weak twig and dead limb carriers to discourage those with strong twig and live tree limbs to curb the violence. It's the same old argument! Fuck this government nanny state bullshit!
