From a western hemisphere point of view, I can in no way shape or form understand, how you can let somebody die choking on his own blood.

Maybe if you experience that much violence and crime as happening in brazil, you can get that emotionally cold to watch a 16 year old die like this.

By the way, I read 16 y.o. ROBBER was shot, not a 16 y.o. shoplifter. Either way, criminals cannot be allowed to think they can do whatever without risk of losing everything, including their lives. Simple minded fools who look at part of the problem without looking at the big picture always want to blame something other than the fucking criminal. We all know the solution to this guy's bleeding problem. Don't rob stores, you have much better odds of dying of old age instead of bleeding out on a sidewalk. I'll bet on those odds any day.

I wouldn't have much sympathy for someone that just tried to kill me(the officer/shooter) and a pregnant woman.

Scumbag robber/attempted murderer is rotting in the ground and the world is a little bit better without him around victimizing people.
