Young Man Shot Dead Whilst Walking on the Street
A young man was shot dead in Cidade de Deus, Brazil, 29th September. The crime is thought to be a settling of account. The victim can be seen walking up the road on security cameras that recorded the event, when 2 men approach on a motorcycle. One of the suspects jump off the motorcycle and shoot the victim near the right eye. He is shot a further 4 times whilst laying on the ground.     |

should have started running straight away when you see 2 dudes on a bike approaching in a desolated street. he pointed at his ankle monitor, gave his phone and was killed anyway |
