Anyone else think the video looks kinda staged? Mostly how easily the guy goes over, the stuttering right as he's putting his hands on him, and then how the camera doesn't actually capture it all in one continuous shot. The guy also doesn't scream or make any sound from what I could hear, which seems kinda odd in this circumstance.

It's 100% real. Police are investigating it. His body has been recovered and his name has been released.
