...maybe it's just me, but I though it was a little weird that they were filming that. I don't think I could film a dead family member being taken out of the house, let alone if it were my kid.

Posted my feelings in the thread about the stills of the girl.. super sad. Kids like that make me WISH for some sort of positive afterlife. They deserve the chance to be around longer than that.

Ugh. As a 33 yo father of a 3yo and a 2yo, I will openly admit this made me cry. This, however, is part of why I am a regular viewer of DR. For me it is not about a perverse desire to see pain and suffering, but about appreciating what I have and understanding what many others have gone through and realizing how privileged my life is. This video is as real as the human experience gets. RIP Miette and my thoughts and prayers to the family. Lastly, for the person posting the conspiracy garbage about cancer cures, this isn't the place. As someone who works in the medical field, there are no magical cures for cancer, only wishful thinking by gullible idiots. |
