Young Armed Robber Shot Dead While Climbing Counter of Supermarket
Last Tuesday evening (10) a 21 year old (other sources say 24) armed assailant was shot dead inside a supermarket. According to Police, the criminal entered the supermarket still wearing his helmet and headed to the location of the counter where he announced the assault and climbed the counter. However he failed to notice the presence of a security guard that demanded the criminal to drop the gun but he didn't and tried to pull it instead but was hit by shots in the neck region and abdomen and died on the scene. Police told that the security guard acted in self defence.

Re: Young Armed Robber Shot Dead While Climbing Counter of Supermarket
It happened so fast that I find it difficult to see how the guard had time to demand that the robber drop his gun. Maybe he did though. It doesn't matter to me. I'm for the 'good guys' not saying a word and simply blasting the 'bad guys' to H*ll and Back without any warning at all. Why give an armed robber any chance at all? Anyway, good job, Security Officer. · |
