Damn, that's a pretty fuckin awful way to go... it's hard to tell if the fuckup was the driver of the excavator or the guy standing between it and garbage disposal opening, probably the later but who knows  |

It’s everyone’s fault really. So many violations. Ill lighting, is it night time? Completely disorganized. Zero Communication. No safety clothing like at least those flashlight thingies on hard hats. No safety features, like having a barrier around it to prevent accidental slips in to the churning jaws of death. But companies are too greedy and want less regulations that will always put their workers at greater risks of death. |
