No idea! I'm hoping that another member might have some information. Maybe she crashed, her head went out of the window + the car landed on it's side, making the doorframe go through her head + the video is of after the car was put the right way?

Yep, she rolled it, there is grass around her head. Kinda like those Arab drifting rollover videos, bodies and limbs stick or fall out of the rolling car and get severed. This one looks weird and a one in a million chance, its unusual the top of her head is attached and she looks like she is still driving. The "Guy with the Long Face" video guy and this lady should get together, truly a "match made in Heaven" |
