First of all, there were TONS of people around doing what they could to help the whole situation. You can't just run over an yank the woman out of the car. They had to pull the car out from under the truck first, the video cut off not to long after that too, so, I'm willing to bet people went over to help her more personally. Also, her husband was just killed, maybe we didnt see people going up an seeing her alive before they pulled the car out, an asked her if she was injured. Perhaps she just wanted to stay sitting with her husband a bit longer. It's a quick video man, we don't see the before an after.

Sorry but it seem to me there were no concern about stabilising her , neck, etc after a impact like that

I'll say it again, it's a quick video dude, we do not see the before an after. If she was as conscious as she is in the video, BEFORE it started, I'm willing to bet people were going up an talking her through everything, asking her if she was ok, if she felt anything broken or injured on her, etc. Lol sorry but, nobody gives a shit what things "seem like" to you, me or anyone else.
