Why doesn't the government put its population's safety first and foremost,

1st:
Africa is not a country. It's divided in to five regions made up of 54 countries. All of which are different, so please continue to educate yourself instead of the rest of us.
2nd:
India is poor, and corrupt, and ancient, so many areas have no traffic lights, or sewers.
3rd:
Why doesn't America's government put it's population's safety first and foremost? Unlike India, America is the richest country in the universe that has ever existed.
And yet:
-no public healthcare (all civilised countries have)
-endless deadly wars (only by America)
-no gun laws (which work in every other country)
-endless pollution of your own drinking water

not drivers fault. Those busses and trucks have a blidn spot if you walk hugging to the front or back of them.

Anytime i walk in front of a truck or a bus i raise my hand and make sure the driver has seen me.
