Brazil, A video was posted on the internet the other day/week showing an unknown woman kicking and beating an approx. 7-10 yo girl.
Police are investigating the video trying to identify the woman and kid.

I feel sorry for the little girl, hopefully this video getting out will put her into the care of foster parents, or some caring relatives.
