She comes down as a pretty skinny girl, butt on impact all organs become a Pulverized water-like substance moving around in her loose skinn, making it suddenly look like fat hips and a bloated belly while it's actually a big mess of smashed up organ soup....

I doubt she even felt the second landing, since she hits her head twice.

Once when her ass hit the ground and pulverized all internals and bounced back up, the head didnt kept up with momentum making her almost doing a backwards salto and moving the Blubber, once her organs, from the ass/hips into the torso inflating the belly, to seep partly back into the hips after the body lost all momentum.

Not only that but I feel like her brain would be pretty distracted by the the sensation of falling to her death.

Theres this really good doc about suicide called The Bridge, and at the climax they interview this dude named Kevin Hines, who jumped off the golden gate bridge and lived. He talked about the instant regret of jumping and what it was like to hit the water going 75mph from a 23 story drop, it's some pretty compelling shit.

His story starts at the 47 minute mark.

No, the arms where up but came down on impact. The legs should also be flying wild in the wind when dead and not stiff yet.

And when the body was already stiff the arms wouldn't be flapping around even after impact.

Although the influence of some sort of intoxication is not unlikely
