Walking across a train track whilst listening to your headphones without checking to see if there's a train about to plough into you is pretty stupid.  |

If you look at the right hand side of the screen moments after she is hit you can see a bit of what looks like a little bit of brain tissue flying across the screen, she's dead.

There's no chance she escaped, even if she managed to leap out of the way in that split second she would have still probably lost her legs or something.
