Turkey ~ In the incident that took place in Konuralp District on December 10, Fatma Karacaoglu fell from the window of the flat on the 6th floor of the 7 floor building where her son lived. Karacaoglu, who was taken to Duzce University Research and Application hospital, could not be saved despite all the interventions. the police investigation focused on the possibility that Fatma, who was alone at home, fell while cleaning. |

~ She appears to want to avoid falling as she falls, so it was not a suicide. ~ If she was cleaning the outside of the balcony rails on her floor then that would be a reasonable cause for this accident. ~ And although the description says she fell from a window, there are no glass fragments. ~ However there are those fragmented tiles that fell with her that are the main clue. They are not made of glass because they did not shatter on impact, & they actually bounce when they hit the floor. ~ I assume they are made of some kind of dark clear vinyl or plastique. ** UPDATE: ~ From the location where she hit the iron rails one can see in the picture of the building that it was the one windows. It’s a shame that she lost her life just doing what good moms do for their children. Sounds like she was an empty nester and only wanted to do a motherly thing by cleaning his place. |
