Hit the brakes when started to lose control? Ride it out into the ditch and just let it happen, over correct and your in oncoming traffic. Yup after watching twice it was the attempt at correcting that killed them imho.
Woman driver. Deadly and don’t even know it.

I wonder what caused her to lose control initially, and veer to the right. Very unlucky timing to hit the truck- almost nobody on that road.

Losing traction on ice is the worst.. There is truly no skid correction even with ice tires or snow chains...
Same logic applies as with losing traction on wet conditions. Periodical short pushes of the break instead of one long push. Unfortunately at high speeds it doesn't work.
