Re: Woman Dies After Setting Herself on Fire in Front of BP Filling Station
(WWII ex-Tiger Tank driver joke I heard from a tool and die maker at the American Motors Body Stamping plant in Milwaukee, where my Mom was a nurse, back in the 1970's:) Q.Why are the streets of Paris lined with trees? A. Because the Germans like to march in the shade! A lot of ex-German former army members there as tool and die makers and machinists at the time. I got to meet a lot of them through my Mom when we went to visit her at work in the evenings. Sorry, I don't have any Covid jokes. Anyway, Covid is not too funny, as it looks like we are heading into the worst of it right now. |

Re: Woman Dies After Setting Herself on Fire in Front of BP Filling Station
Sometimes the cashier has to reset and arm the pump before it will work. I suspect that by making out she was filling a can then the cashier wouldn’t think anything was amiss and flipped the switch for the lady. The rest is history. |
