In Tbilisi, the capital of the country of Georgia, a young Russian woman died when, whilst walking backwards while filming a video of her and her friend singing along to a song, she fell down a set of steps leading to an underpass. The woman, Arina G., was rushed to hospital, but died of a basal skull fracture.

EDIT: Thanks to Stanh80 for comments below. She didn’t fall down the steps, but rather fell through the underpass, which had no railings.

Ok, after further investigation, trying to figure where this happened exactly, I reverse searched the picture found a post on X where residents of Tbilisi were saying that these underpass are super dangerous, because they have no railings ... I didn't understand first but ...
The girl didn't fall in the stairs, her heel tripped and she feel backwards, head first, several meters down onto the concrete
