In this case, both the driver and the pedestrian were stupid. Pedestrian should be aware of her surroundings while jay walking. Driver should be aware of his surroundings while operating a motor vehicle in a public area where there are a lot of pedestrians. Funny how her body almost hit another jay walker. |
