I always thought agonal breathing meant you were gone. Basically just brain stem activity trying to do what it should. But the diaphragm isn't moving, no air is being drawn into the lungs. I don't think it's like gasping for air. Seems to me the worst thing you can do if you run someone over is to brake!!! I browse the Figure 1 app, and yesterday on there was a 50 year old dude who fell out of his own car whilst reversing. The wheel went right over his abdomen and spine and he walked out of hospital that night with no injuries! Obviously a dump truck is a different story, but at least people wouldn't be turned into fucking sandwich spread for their loved ones |
