It's hard to determine the extent of her injuries from the video. She's definitely still alive as she moves one arm slightly before being picked up. There is bleeding from one arm and one leg. I can't determine whether or not her skull is seriously cracked open. Thus one can't make a good evaluation of her survival chances, at least not without more information than that provided in the video.
