Allright, guy is holding the gun very close to you just grab the gun to take control or just move the gun away from you,without taking a chance of getting a shot on chest or head,however guy got some balls to hit back a guy who is holding the gun. he is not paralyzed he played dead for a second .. his left shoulder has some blood look carefully. Hats off for the man for instinctively attempting to protect himself. My first reaction would be to move the gun away from my direction. But who knows, having a gun pointed at me is quite different than a gun. |

not that it answers the question but i think the guy figured the other one either wouldn't actually use the gun and it was just a scare tactic and perhaps it wasn't even loaded. although this assumption may be correct in some cases, it certainly isn't a good assumption to make if you value your life.
