That happened as he continued to fire while trying to flee to the cover of the back of the car. So we was no longer aiming at the suspect and should have stopped firing.

I've struggled with opiate addiction for the last 10 or 11 years. The thought of doing something like that used to constantly cross my mind. Subutex is what really helped me kick it.
