I wouldn't say she knew she was about to get shot... but it does kinda look like she was trying to hide her face when she noticed the sketchy looking dude. Kinda like running into your ex at the mall and its too late to turn around, so you casually turn your head and hope they dont recognize you lol.

that's more of a reaction to a robbery as when people know someone with a gun is coming for them they tend to flee and hope the bullets will miss them when running.
