Re: Vietnam - Speeding Car Demolishes Biker

The driver of the Audi that rammed the motorbike, causing the death of 3 family members in Bac Giang was a Department-level official who violated a very heavy alcohol content.

Provincial Police said that the driver NQT (SN 1987, residing in Ngo Quyen ward , Bac Giang City) driving an Audi BKS 98A-499.49 using alcohol while driving a vehicle in traffic.

The test results showed that the driver violated an alcohol concentration of 0.604 mg/liter of breathing air. Conduct a quick test for the result that the driver did not use drugs.

With a violation level of 0.604 mg/liter of breathing air, this is a very serious violation, because just violating the level of 0.4 mg/liter of breathing gas, the vehicle driver could have been fined at the frame rate. with a fine of from 30 to 40 million dong, driving license for 22-24 months.

It is known that the male driver is currently an official of a state agency in Bac Giang. The luxury car above is worth billions, is a limited edition of Audi.

Before that, on the night of June 2, the Audi went on Hoang Van Thu street towards Ngo Can Canh. At the intersection of Hung Vuong - Hoang Van Thu, he collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. N M H. (SN 1974, in Tho Xuong ward, Bac Giang city).

On the motorbike at this time, there were Mr. H's wife, Ms. DTQ (SN 1978) and daughter NTD (SN 2009).

As a result, all 3 people on the motorbike died on the spot, the driver of the car only had minor scratches, and 2 vehicles were severely damaged.
