That is most likely due to hypovolemic shock. She is bleeding out and if she is still alive her body will pull blood from her skin and extremities to the vital organs. Which is why severe casualties often turn pale/white... |

Still alive and smiling. OMG. You always hear from someone who has come upon a severely injured/dead person, saying they thought it was a mannequin. I now understand, because this woman looks fake as hell, like a mannequin or one of those AI robots that look human. |
