Wtf happened? Whatever it was happened extremely fast. Probably exploded his head. I love Asian work accident videos. I wish someone would repost the one where the guy gets caught in a spinning machine. It just whips him around & around & around about 50 times until he's nothing but a red smear on the floor. I think those "cables" on the left are air hoses.
They might be testing/inspecting aircraft tires. They are typically inflated to 200-300 psi.

They make a lot of tires in Vietnam. I am thinking this is a tire-making machine.
Especially because of the big, big flip-flap snap door. I think most tire machines have at least one of those on them.
