I did a quick search and couldn't find anything posted on this forum about him. The video is one of the most unsettling things I have ever seen.

Anatoly Slivko, a seemingly respectable member of his community, ran a children's club and won awards for his amateur filmmaking during the period of 1964-1985. However, behind this facade, Slivko harbored dark and disturbing desires. Over the course of 21 years, he lured 43 boys, aged seven to seventeen, into participating in his twisted "experiments" and alleged movie projects about Nazi torture of boy-scouts during World War II.

Exploiting the children's excitement about being in a movie, Slivko persuaded them to take part in his sinister games. During these staged hangings, he would arrange the unconscious boys' bodies into suggestive positions, photographing and filming them while indulging in his own perverse gratification. Tragically, seven of his victims lost their lives during these heinous acts, after which Slivko would dismember their bodies or douse them in gasoline.

Slivko's deviant behavior extended beyond sexual sadism; he also had a fetish for shoes, meticulously arranging his victims' footwear and keeping them as twisted mementos. His obsession stemmed from a childhood experience as a young Pioneer (the Russian equivalent of a Boy Scout), where he witnessed a car accident in which a boy burned to death. The incident left an indelible mark on Slivko, who claimed to have always wanted to recreate the scene for his own arousal.

Despite the lack of concrete evidence, a female prosecutor took an interest in the boys club's activities, leading to Slivko's arrest in 1985. Although none of the boys admitted to any wrongdoing or could recall the events in detail, they did mention some of the experiments. Slivko was ultimately convicted of seven counts of murder, seven counts of sexual abuse, and sexual interaction with corpses. He was sentenced to death and executed in 1989, having documented his entire reign of terror through photographs and film.
