Guns are not fully banned in the Uk. If you have a good reason to own onw and pass a doctors check and criminal background check you can have certain types. Clay pigeon shooting still goes on in the UK and some people are allowed a revolver for killing unwanted cattle. War reenactors are allowed good but only for use with blanks. Film and TV studios have licences for guns. Probably body guards can get a licence too.
