The authorities straight said there were no robberies in the area If you are armed and riding in the back of a pickup chasing someone thats on foot, it's obviously premeditated. If someone points a gun at me, I'm gonna try to do whatever I can in that small time frame to not die. Maybe some of the people here dont have that self preservation thing in their brain.
