AFAIK, the Martin Co. Attorney's office only released a dozen or so selective stills from the bodycam videos along with several images of the crime scene evidence. No images of the victims. Florida was a bit more restrictive with bodycams back in 2016. You can find them in this news article along with some social media posts from the suspect. Here's the DR thread...

Vid of that one guy filming himself on facebook live or something and kept stabbing himself in the heart with a spike or a thin knife through his shirt? he was trying to get his heart and you can hear his skin popping with each thrust. I think he passes out then dies. cant find this?

It is a guy who was active in the stabbing community while that was a thing before the old darkfetishnet died. Most of his stuff is fake self stabbing, however he did got far into actually getting stabbed years later, dropping a bowie knife down a sewage tube onto his stomach and achieving some depth with the knife wounds. Then he started attaching some extra weight to the bowie knife and that is about the time he disappeared from the community, hopefully he got a bellyfull of it.

In theory yes but as for the video you are commenting that's a fake stab, he movest the knife out of the way as he drops onto it. Other than a knife point about 1/2" deep in his belly, there is no reason that guy ever stabbed anything into his body other than a dildo because we got to see that back in the day on old darkfetishnet.
