There was a video on here about some Mexican narcos beating a guy who was hanging from the ceiling by his wrists and had both of his legs tied to the wall so he didn't swing too much, they were beating him with long sticks, like a piñata and mocking him. The place looked like a storage room or something of that sort. Thanks
