There is a video called Titticut Follies..you can buy on amazon..when i bought it was $7 now i think $30..It was filmed in a mental hospital in the 1980s or 70s. it is reality.. it was banned for many years but now is available..just shows the nuts hangin in the hospital..The guy that filmed it is still alive i think..
