Am I the only one who saw the "victim(s)" as being the aggressors? I mean, if someone calls me a ****** for dancing at a gas station (which by all accounts probably would be deserved), you won't see me getting all in a hiss and trying to gang up on them...because really, that's what it looks more like to me than someone committing a hate crime. If the kid rolled up on them and just out of nowhere stabbed the guy, sure - hate crime him all day...but he said words, and they came at him, then got shanked. That's exactly what happened. The victim did approach the namecaller. In fact, there was an initial approach by the victim & then they separated. Then the victim went back at the namecaller & that's when he got stabbed. |

i wish we could see the whole vid, instead of the little clips "they want us to see" so they can say "hate crime".... they probably have 20 different vids out there. alot of people at that gas station with phones. |
