~ The guy was probably a latino gang member who was probably under the influence & who didn't like cops.
~ He also didn't like that his purportedly claimed gang territory was being invaded by a multitude of strangers.
~ Alot of too many people not wearing masks could have also been a threat factor to have been considered.
Huntington Beach is one of the Whitest Beaches in Ca, No Gang Territories there, that I know of, I maybe wrong, lot's of Homeless bums in the Beach lately. I go there all the time cause it's safe, I live in Long Beach where it is GHETTO, a couple of minutes down P.C.H south of L.B,

How many people actually read both quotes? I'm assuming not many considering the amount of 'he didn't look black' comments.

The first quote was what came with the video on a Russian website. The 2nd one, which noted he was hispanic, came from an American news site.
