If the cop wouldn't have been out harassing people over victimless crimes and digging for more victimless crimes this wouldn't have happened plain and simple.

In the end the perp CAN'T be found guilty in the court of law and that cop committed homicide. That's horrible policing. Even from a revenue generating glorified meter maid perspective this was a financial loss for the department. Let alone justice.
