You know what? If somebodies pointing a gun at you, STAND DOWN! I don't care who the fuck they are. Once I caught this kid inside my landlords car stealing the stereo. I confronted him with a gun and he had the appropriate response, he bolted. If he would have reached for something or came at me I would have shot hiss ass.

Justified..The guy saw the gun out, kept advancing...I wouldn't risk someone disarming me and using my own weapon against me. Plus, you don't even need a weapon to kill someone, just hands and feet. He wanted to be tough and got what was coming to him

Not from a distance they don't! How do you do damage from 6 feet away from someone? You can't.

When he is choking you on the ground and about to snap ur neck - then your life is in danger THEN you can use self defence. Not when he's approaching you using harsh language!

If he pulls out a knife and is jabbing at you when you are subduing him - then yes, you may be ok to snap the neck BUT you could also release him and jump away to a safe distance.

I know what your saying BUT, beating the "fuck out of me" is not the same as murdering is it? See the difference? 5 RCMP officers tasered and killed and innocent Polish fellow at the Vancouver airport. He was holding a stapler. You'd have to be a pathetic, useless, cowardly weakling - not to gang up and grab the guy and wrestle him down.
