Since 2012, 12 communal workers and four other Kharkiv residents have died in wells in the region.

The communal worker did not return so the other workers came to help.

They also went down to this well, but they also fainted one by one so now three men and one woman died on the spot.

The employees were aged 40 to 72.
Among the dead were relatives - spouses. The dead woman was acting head of the station.

Another communal worker, who also went down to the well and was not injured, should be interrogated.

"One employee had a gas mask, nothing is threatening him, he is alive, other people were without gas masks," said the chief of police.

Police collect materials for opening of criminal proceedings according to p. 2 of Art. 272 - violation of the rules of work with increased danger.

The company has all the necessary equipment, and the relevant briefings are held regularly, says Deputy Mayor of Kharkiv for Housing Andriy Rudenko.

"We have a high level of safety. We are now understanding how this could have happened ... Believe me, no one goes there without instructions. People have been working in this field for more than a decade. They understand how serious it all is. For me it's a shock how this could have happened.

Maybe she had a dress on and when they looped the hose or whatever they used it took the dress off? Hopefully......

Thank you for the extra info, Mister.

I think that the woman's clothing just slipped off as she was pulled out. If she was wearing a dress + was pulled out by her legs, it's very likely the dress just came off.
