Yeah its effects on me are too bad I have somewhat you call Vietnam syndrome, this forum is the best medicine for me. I was responsible from the rifle rack in the army from 6 pm to 8 am I was giving rifles to soldiers when they arrive for their turn every 2 hours. All other times I was sleeping. But surprisingly still lost 20 kgs well I was under serious stress
