My friend, I have to tell you this, ok ? I was there when those planes hit, I saw at least 30 people decide certain death by hitting concrete at 145 mph was better than roasting alive. Call it whatever you want, but if you ever have to witness some shit like that ( and I hope you do not ), you will have a different perspective on things. I never said our country or goverment was perfect, but if you are going to judge all Americans by what you see and hear where ever you live, with out taking time to get to know any of us,and finding out what we truely believe, then I think it is you that are brainwashed my friend. |

I don't judge all Americans by what i see or hear,i just judge the government and that's something separate. The truth is most of the people i know believe that the Americans are one of the most brainwashed nation in the world.(many people use the word "American" when they want to call someone who believes everything he's been told),don't get me wrong and don't get it personally,thats why i am talking with you because i wanted to know your opinion,but i guess every person got his own different opinion. Btw i totally agree that was a really horrible experience for you to be there and watch that. |

Ok, thanks. See, if people can get past negative shit, they can learn a lot from each other. I do realize that many different peoples across the world think of us as brainwashed. Truth be told, to an extent, it is true. I seldom watch the news anymore, because it is basically nothing good, and it is biased to some extent. When something important happens anywhere on the planet, I try to gather as much information as possible from several different sources. If someone can tell me what they think in a respectful way, without insisting I am stupid, I will hear them out. Some people come on here and talk about 9/11 and the "inside job" aspect as if it is the absolute undeniable truth. They say all kinds of shit that can easily be disproven, but they still insist it is written in stone. I can listen to you or anyone if it is presented in a way that is not disrespectful, or condesending.  |

Same here,i don't watch news,actually i hardly open up the tv anymore,maybe for a movie or a documentary but thats all.I always preferred radio instead tv. Also it was good for me refreshing my english. |
