I don't think this was a balcony collapse, no other debris can be seen other than the metal railing from the first person hitting it, looks like it was either a murder suicide or mutual suicide to me.

Worse than that, looks like she hit directly on her lower/mid-back area almost bending her backwards, guarantee that obliterated her spine on impact.  |
