His death was a sentence of some sort. The shooter pointed to him before shooting and undoubtedly made some kind of statement so that the victim knew why he was being killed.

Guy fucked with wrong people that was totally professional. Murderer did not talk did not wait for victim to talk just id'd target and walked away no sound. Notice how the crowd is just stunned cause it just out of the blue. And they just walk away like what what are you gonna do about it... nothing that's what i thought.
