Re: Two Killed when Bus Runs Over People at Accident Scene
The guy driving that bus was obviously not paying attention. And, after he was taken off the bus, it looked like he was STILL trying to defend his actions to the police, and the woman in the orange top. She was MAD!!! And also quite lucky that cop she pushed didn’t arrest her too! |

Cops in Latam do not react the same way as here in America. In America you will be arrested just for "offending" a K9 |

Re: Two Killed when Bus Runs Over People at Accident Scene
VERY true!!! To be fair, in the video, the police arrested him for interfering in a police investigation. He was distracting both officers, the dog and his handler, from the incident they were involved in. man resisted arrest, and that’s one of the reasons why police use dogs, getting violent subjects under control without using deadly force. I don’t understand why anyone would think they just had the dog attack because he was taunting the dog. Clearly he’s resisting arrest. |

Re: Two Killed when Bus Runs Over People at Accident Scene
Also, another reason why the police chose to have the dog there was because of the high number of spectators who were involving themselves in the situation. You understand racial issues… some people are much more likely to be instigated and to retaliate against police just trying to do their job… It’s like they just can’t help but cause trouble... There was an entire neighborhood on the street! Anyway. Using a dog is a show of force, used to not only physically control people, but to psychologically control a group of people too. Crowds are far less likely to get out of control with more of a show of force, dogs especially. But, if (when) someone does, well… They ASKED FOR IT! |
