Lol, that is what I'm saying is a fools endeavor. You clearly have no law enforcement experience what so ever. THERE IS NO WHERE NEAR enough cops to wage any sort of, "civil war". Where have you been for every single riot or, "peaceful protest" in the modern Era? That's idiotic... That's not to mention the multitudes of departments who are outspoken about it...
