That is a Hotel in Thailand, in the city of Pattaya called the Welcome Plaza Hotel, Pattaya is the FUCK capital of the WORLD there is no other place on the planet as of yet like it. That man died one happy fucker literally I guarrantie you. Check PATTAYA out on youtube. I have stayed and fucked in that Hotel on many occassions
