Not that im defending a 13 year old driving car but those three were simply jay walking between very fast moving cars at night time.

I guess they never learned to look both ways before crossing the street! Geez! If the guys were found to be jaywalking the kid could get off with a lesser offense.

Amazing,....... a group of people walk across a busy street and expect everyone to stop for them..and they take there sweet ass time....use the fucking cross walk , maybe you will live longer.........
