Could be from the Iraqi army, but most likely from the FSA or others, which the US Supported and still supports, which are terrorists. And the US knows that, they also know that many of them sell the goods to the IS. Probably the US directly supplies IS. WHY ? Because they need an enemy. Like always. The US wont allow an enemy to dissapear again like the Sowjet Union, they will create them themselve
