Scooter guy at fault. Watch the crosswalks. Ppl are crossing vertical, yet ppl crossing horizontal are waiting to cross. We may jaywalk more than anyone should in their lifetime, however, we mostly follow  the walk signs because ppl drive like shit. That includes EVVVRAHBODY!! Trucks, scooters & bicycles.

I don’t know much about these scooters but that person was definitely speeding. I’m sure the limit was like 25-30? Seemed like at least double that.
